These terms govern your use of sama club and your participation in our events. By signing up or registering for an event, you agree to them.

Eligibility

sama club is invite-only and access is granted after a manual review. You must be 18 years or older to join and attend events. We may approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your login secure. Don't share your account or register on someone else's behalf without their consent.

Events & conduct

Register only if you intend to attend. A registered spot holds capacity that someone else could have used. We expect respectful behaviour toward other members, hosts, and venues. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

Payments

Event prices are shown at registration and are payable via the method indicated (currently UPI). Your spot is confirmed once payment is verified. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

You attend events at your own risk. sama club is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where required by law. Venues and third parties are responsible for their own premises and services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of sama club after an update means you accept the revised terms.
