• To review membership, run events, and manage your registrations and payments.
• To contact you about your account, approvals, and events (including via WhatsApp/email).
• To keep the community curated and safe.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. messaging and hosting), and where required by law. Attendee lists shown to other members never include your email or contact details.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run events and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account.
