Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your registration

You can cancel a registration by contacting us at joinsamaclub@gmail.com before the event.

Refunds

• Cancel more than 48 hours before the event: full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours of the event: 50% refund.
• No-shows or cancellations after the event starts: no refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI) within 5–7 business days.

If we cancel

If sama club cancels or reschedules an event, you'll be offered a full refund or a spot on the new date.
